- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until fully combined, ensuring an even mixture.
- Portion the Mixture: Lightly sprinkle oat flour on a plate to prevent sticking. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture onto the floured surface to form individual bite-sized portions.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place the portions into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart. Cook at 180ยบC (356ยบF) for 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Alternative Baking Method: If you prefer, place the mixture portions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180ยบC for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Once cooked, serve the sweet potato and carrot bites warm with a sauce of your choice and garnish with a light sprinkle of fresh parsley.
