Ingredients
Scale
Big Mac Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 Tablespoons finely minced white onion (or dried minced onion)
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Burger and Toppings
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Chopped romaine lettuce
- Freshly grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sliced dill pickles
- Cooked potato wedges or French fries
- Sliced red onion (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, minced onion, yellow mustard, paprika, and garlic powder until well combined. Cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld while you prepare the burger.
- Cook the Burger: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced white onion and ground beef. Cook, crumbling the beef as it cooks, until the beef is fully browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease to keep the bowl lighter.
- Season: Reduce the heat to low, then season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 5 minutes so the flavors fully develop.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the seasoned beef evenly among 4 bowls. Top each with chopped romaine lettuce, freshly grated cheddar cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced dill pickles, cooked potato wedges or French fries, and sliced red onion if using.
- Finish with Sauce: Drizzle each bowl generously with the prepared Big Mac sauce just before serving. Enjoy your cheeseburger bowl fresh and warm!
