  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 3 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese, divided

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set it aside for later use.
  2. Cook Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles in a large pot of water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the noodles and carefully lay them out on parchment paper to cool and dry, preventing them from sticking together.
  3. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, combine half of the Alfredo sauce with the cooked shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over each lasagna noodle. Starting at one end, roll each noodle carefully over the filling. Place each roll-up seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Add Toppings: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the roll-ups. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake: Bake the dish uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
