Chipotle Aioli Ingredients
- 1 egg (room temperature)

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Add the egg, lime juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, chipotle chile in adobo, smoked paprika, and sea salt into a blender container.
- Blend initial mixture: Blend on low speed until the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
- Emulsify with oil: While the blender runs on low speed (speed 3โ5), very slowly drizzle in the avocado oil to help the mixture emulsify and thicken.
- Continue blending: Keep adding the oil slowly until it is all incorporated and the aioli becomes thick and creamy.
