Scale
Brownie Base
- 1 can cooking spray (to prevent brownies from sticking)
- 1 box brownie mix (use your favorite brand)
- Ingredients needed for brownie mix according to package (usually eggs, oil, water)
Toppings
- 2 cups whipped cream (fresh or store-bought)
- 1 cup rainbow candy belts (for decoration)
- 1 tablespoon gold sanding sugar (optional sparkle)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Brownie Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the required ingredients listed on the box (usually eggs, oil, and water) and stir until smooth and well blended.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full to allow room for rising during baking.
- Bake Brownies: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter.
- Cool Brownies: Let the brownies cool in the pan for a few minutes, then gently remove each brownie and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Add Whipped Cream Topping: Once cooled, top each brownie with a generous dollop of whipped cream to mimic fluffy clouds.
- Decorate: Garnish the whipped cream with strips of rainbow candy belts arranged to look like a miniature rainbow, and sprinkle with gold sanding sugar for a sparkling finish.
Notes
- You can use fresh whipped cream or store-bought for convenience.
- The gold sanding sugar is optional but adds a festive sparkle.
- For easier removal, consider using paper liners in the muffin tin.
- Make sure brownies are completely cooled before adding whipped cream to prevent melting.
- Store assembled cups in the refrigerator and serve within a few hours for best texture.
