Chicken Skewers

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts or thighs into 1-inch pieces. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil to coat evenly. Then sprinkle the chicken seasoning over the pieces, ensuring they are well seasoned.
- Skewer the chicken: Thread four pieces of the seasoned chicken tightly onto each 6-inch bamboo skewer. Prepare enough skewers to hold all the chicken pieces, usually about 16 skewers.
- Air fry the skewers – first cook: Place the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer (6-quart used here), you may need to cook in two batches, fitting 8 skewers at a time. Set the air fryer to 400ยฐF and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip and brush with sauce: Open the air fryer and carefully flip all the chicken skewers to cook evenly on both sides. Brush each skewer generously with garlic parmesan sauce. Return the skewers to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 400ยฐF.
- Final touch and serve: Remove the skewers from the air fryer and brush with any remaining garlic parmesan sauce for extra flavor. Optionally garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.
