Instructions

- Simmer sauce: Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer gently for 15 minutes until the zucchini is tender and flavors meld.
- Blend sauce: Carefully transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the pan if desired and serve hot.
