Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the whole milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt. Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Simmer the Mixture: Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to ensure the cocoa and sugar dissolve completely without scorching the milk.
