Thai Peanut Dressing Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: Add all of the ingredients for the Thai peanut dressing โ creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, chili garlic sauce, fresh lime juice, and water โ to a blender. Blend until smooth to create a creamy, flavorful sauce.
- Combine the Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together the shredded cooked chicken, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped peanuts, chopped fresh cilantro, chopped green onions, and Thai chili peppers or jalapenos if using for extra spice.
- Toss with Dressing and Serve: Pour the prepared peanut dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Serve the salad with lime wedges on the side for squeezing juice over individual servings for an added fresh citrus flavor.
